● This press is an ideal model for the forging industry in recent years. It is mainly used for hot forging of small and medium-sized parts. It can also be used for forging connecting rods, gears, bearing rings and other parts.
● The machine body adopts steel plate welding structure and is tempered, so it has strong rigidity and no deformation. The steel helical gear transmission works stably with low noise.
● Equipped with special upper and lower material removal devices to improve work efficiency and meet forging process requirements.
● Imported hydraulic overload protection device is safe and reliable to use. Once the vehicle is stuck, it can be relieved by unscrewing the screw plug on the unloading valve and draining the oil in the cylinder, which is time-saving and convenient.

J36 Series Double Point Press Performance characteristics:
● J36 series closed double-point press adopts cast or welded combined frame structure. The base, left and right columns and crossbeam are pre-tightened by four tension bolts to form a whole. The crossbeam and the slide block are connected by guide columns and guide sleeves.
